We focus on tenancy advice, document reviews, correspondence and pre-court guidance. Conveyancing, conducting litigation and court representation are outside this service. Regulated housing-disrepair claims management is not offered.
Tenancy agreements
Whether you are a landlord granting a tenancy or a tenant asked to sign one, we can explain provisions on rent, deposits, repairs, access and ending the tenancy. We can also review proposed changes and help you understand what the agreement means in practice.
Rent arrears and disputes
If rent has fallen behind, repairs remain unresolved or a deposit is disputed, we can review the correspondence and help you understand your options. This can include preparing a clear pre-court letter, responding to allegations or exploring a sensible negotiated outcome.
Possession-related advice
Received a possession notice, or considering asking a tenant to leave? We can explain the relevant notice and pre-court requirements, review documents and help you identify deadlines and next steps. We do not conduct court proceedings or exercise rights of audience.
